Delivery within the UK, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly

We offer delivery within the UK, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly at a  standard delivery rate of £5.50. We offer free delivery for orders over £150.

In the event that we cannot meet our normal delivery times of 3-8 business days due to stock shortages, we’ll inform you by email. You can then choose to accept the new delivery time or cancel your order for a full refund.

We currently do not offer next-day delivery at checkout. If your order is urgent, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will gladly assist you.

If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email. If you’re willing to wait and the item becomes available within 28 days, we’ll bill you and ship the item to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days, we’ll cancel your order and issue a refund. If you prefer not to wait, please contact our Customer Services team via email to cancel your order.

Please note that our customer service hours are from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, excluding Bank Holidays.

We offer delivery to a wide range of international locations. If your location is not listed below it is because the shipping costs vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. No additional charges and taxes when you order from us

For all our EU and UK customers – when you place an order with us, the price on the invoice is your final price. You will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

Additionally, videos showcasing the different collections are available on our website, our Facebook page, and YouTube. Our helpful team is also available to provide more information about colours and help you find matching products to dress up your kitchen according to your preferences. Unsuccessful Deliveries

Unsuccessful Deliveries:

We use reputable third-party companies to deliver orders, and we cannot accept responsibility for any unsuccessful deliveries. This includes situations where:

  • The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
  • There is no one available to receive the parcel at the provided address.
  • The order is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery.
  • If you request a parcel to be left at a safe place, it is your responsibility to ensure that the designated place is indeed safe and suitable for delivery.
    If an order is returned to us due to any of these reasons, we will refund your order, but we will deduct any associated costs.
  • Please be aware that we will not be able to investigate any issues related to wrong or missing deliveries after 60 days from the order being dispatched.

Unsuitable goods / Wrong size or colour

We operate a no-quibble 28-day online exchange and return policy. You may return any item within 28 days of receipt provided that:

  • It is unused and undamaged.
  • The packaging is complete and undamaged.
  • The goods are in saleable condition.

Before returning goods by mail/carrier, please advise us by email at When we receive your return, we will credit your card account or send alternate goods of your choice. If unsuitable goods are returned for credit, the cost of the return is yours. If unsuitable goods are returned for an exchange, the cost of the return and the additional shipment are yours.

Faulty goods

If the goods we have sent you are damaged or faulty when you receive them, we will repair, replace them or refund the cost of the goods. Please notify our team by email at within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We require a description of the damage/fault and photo or video evidence of the damaged product and the packaging to investigate the issue.

If we agree that the goods are faulty, we will replace the item or refund it (depending on stock availability). There is no delivery charge for the replacement goods.

Items that are found to be faulty after being used

The items’ technical details are validated with Deutsche Quality Standards in cooperation with high-end manufacturers we ensure you get everything you looking for.

If on rare occasions goods fail after being used, please contact us by email at and explain the problem. We will then decide how to proceed in solving the problem. Do not return the goods without first contacting us.
