After cooking, leave the cookware to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the cookware.
Clean the product thoroughly after use to remove all stains that may become ground in due to the heat during the next use of the product. Use a mild detergent and a soft scourer. Avoid abrasive cleaning products, metal or wool scourers for washing, or metal utensils for cooking. Hand-washing will prolong the product’s life and will preserve the intensity of the color.
