Cleaning instructions:

This product is dishwasher safe. Any food burns can be carefully cleaned with a scourer before washing the pan in the dishwasher or by hand. Do not allow oil and food burn to build up.

The Bar Keepers Friend powder will do wonders in keeping your pot clean.
