This beautiful casserole is from our Black Rose Collection and is made of forged aluminium and a non-stick marble coating.

This product is PFOA, Lead, and Cadmium free.

The cookware set is suitable for all hob types including induction hobs. The turbo induction bottom allows the food to be cooked with less energy and still achieve the same great results. If using a gas stove, the burner should be adjusted so that the flames only reach the bottom of the pot and not its edge. The handles of the cookware set are not heat resistant and therefore it is not suitable for oven use.

Cleaning instructions:

After cooking, leave the cookware to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the cookware.
Use mild detergent and a soft scourer. Clean the product thoroughly after use in order to remove all stains that may become ground-in due to the heat during the next use of the product. Do not use a metal scourer when washing or metal utensils for cooking to prevent damaging the non-stick coating and the metallic colour of the cookware. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. Gentle cleaning is recommended to preserve the excellent condition of the product, therefore cleaning in the dishwasher should be avoided.
