32 cm Casserole Berlinger Haus BH-1098

This large 32 cm casserole from the Granite Diamond Line is made of cast aluminum and a triple-layer marble coating. With the triple layer of the marble coating, the food won’t burn or stick. The removable silicone handles offer a good grip and safe cooking without the need for mittens.

The pot is suitable for all types of hobs including induction hobs. It is also oven-safe. Just remove the silicone handles and pop the dish in the oven.

Maintenance instructions before its first use:

After removing all labels, carefully wash and rinse the cookware with mild detergent and water. Next, dry the cookware with a soft towel. Treat the coating with a little vegetable oil and wipe off the excess. This procedure preserves the effectiveness of the non-stick coating.

Cleaning instructions:

Use a mild detergent and a soft scourer. Clean the product thoroughly after use in order to remove all stains that may become ground-in due to the heat during the next use of the product. Do not use a metal scourer when washing or metal utensils for cooking to prevent damaging the non-stick coating  Do not use abrasive cleaning products. The cookware is dishwasher safe.
