This elegant 28 cm casserole from our Emerald Collection is made of forged aluminum with a non-stick titan coating.

The pot is free from harmful substances such as PFOA, Lead, and Cadmium.

This casserole is suitable for all hob types including induction hobs. The turbo induction bottom allows the food to be cooked with less energy while still achieving the same great results. If using a gas burner, reduce the heat so the flames don’t touch the sides of the pot. The handles of the pot are not heat resistant and therefore not suitable for oven use.

Following the care and cleaning instructions will ensure the longevity and durability of the product.

Maintenance instructions before its first use:

Start by removing all labels, carefully wash, and rinse the cookware with a mild detergent and water. Next, dry the cookware with a soft towel.

Cleaning instructions:

After cooking, leave the cookware to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the cookware.
Clean the product thoroughly after use to remove all stains that may become ground-in due to the heat during the next use of the product. Use mild detergent and a soft scourer. Avoid abrasive cleaning products, metal or wool scourers for washing, or metal utensils for cooking. Hand-washing is recommended. It will prolong the product’s life and will preserve the intensity of the color.
