Delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland

Our standard rate is £5.50. If in rare cases and despite our best efforts a surcharge is required, we will inform you by email. You may then accept the new charge or cancel your order for a full refund. We offer free delivery for orders over £150.

If we cannot meet our normal delivery times of 3-8 business days because of stock shortages, we will inform you by e-mail. You may then accept the new delivery time or cancel your order for a full refund.

If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed and the item will be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days,  we’ll cancel your order and refund you.

If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services by email to cancel your order.

The delivery charge to Isle of Man and Guernsey is £19.99 and the minimum order required is £200.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
