This lovely fish pan features a non-stick marble coating and a unique design with a ribbed surface that mimics a traditional grill grate. The grooves remove excess fat, which, together with the meat juice, is retained between them. Additionally, the ribbed surface ensures even grilling of the fish, as well as other foods like steaks, vegetables, or burgers directly on the grill pan.

The forged look of the pan is captivating and adds to its durability. The inner layer is covered with a 3-layer marble coating, known for its excellent non-stick ability. The pan prevents food from burning and is easy to clean. It is also suitable for healthy cooking with a minimum amount of fat or oil, depending on the raw materials used. The pan is free from any harmful substances such as PFOA, Lead, and Cadmium, making cooking healthy and hygienic.
The reinforced turbo induction bottom, made of stainless steel, is compatible with all types of hobs, including induction, and works reliably. The heat-insulated handle is another excellent feature, which stays cool during cooking. The pan BH 7170 is suitable for everyday cooking, stewing, and frying, and looks perfect when you serve ready-made meals directly to your table.
Cleaning instructions:
After cooking, leave the pan to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the cookware.
Clean the product thoroughly after use in order to remove all stains that may become ground-in due to the heat during the next use of the product. Use mild detergent and a soft scourer. Do not use a metal scourer when washing or metal utensils for cooking to prevent damaging the non-stick coating and the metallic color of the pan. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. Gentle cleaning is recommended to preserve the excellent condition of the product, therefore cleaning in the dishwasher should be avoided.
