Do not heat the pan dry. Always oil the pan before using it.

Cleaning instructions:

This product is dishwasher safe. Any food burns can be carefully cleaned with a scourer or a dish brush before washing the pan in the dishwasher or by hand. Do not allow oil and food burn to build up.  

The Bar Keepers Friend powder will do wonders in keeping your pan clean.
