This elegant grill pan with a glass lid is made of forged aluminum thick wall body material and a 3-layer non-stick marble coating. The high-quality materials provide excellent thermal conductivity and allow the food to be cooked evenly on all sides. With the triple layer of marble coating, the food won’t burn or stick. The ergonomic soft-touch handle offers a good grip and safe cooking as it does not get hot during cooking.

This grill pan is suitable for all hob types including induction hobs. The turbo induction bottom allows the food to be cooked with less energy and still achieve the same great results. If using a gas stove, the burner should be adjusted so that the flames only reach the bottom of the pot and not its edge. The handle of the cookware is not heat resistant and therefore it is not suitable for oven use.

Maintenance instructions before its first use:

Start by removing all labels. Carefully wash and rinse the cookware with mild detergent and water.

Cleaning instructions:

After cooking, leave the cookware to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the cookware.
Use mild detergent and a soft scourer. Clean the product thoroughly after use to remove all stains that may become ground-in due to the heat during the next use of the product. Do not use a metal scourer or abrasive cleaning products when washing or metal utensils for cooking to prevent damaging the non-stick coating and the metallic color of the pan. Gentle cleaning is recommended to preserve the excellent condition of the product, therefore daily cleaning in the dishwasher should be avoided.
