Maintenance instructions before its first use:

After removing all labels, carefully wash and rinse the cookware with mild detergent and water. Next, dry the cookware with a soft towel. Treat the coating with a little vegetable oil and wipe off the excess. This procedure preserves the effectiveness of the non-stick coating.

Cleaning instructions:

After cooking, leave the bakeware to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the bakeware.
Use a mild detergent and a soft scourer. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. We recommend washing this product by hand. Do not use a metal scourer when washing or metal utensils for cooking to prevent damaging the non-stick coating.

Delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland

Our standard rate is £5.50. If in rare cases and despite our best efforts a surcharge is required, we will inform you by email. You may then accept the new charge or cancel your order for a full refund. We offer free delivery for orders over £150.

If we cannot meet our normal delivery times of 3-8 business days because of stock shortages, we will inform you by e-mail. You may then accept the new delivery time or cancel your order for a full refund.

If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed and the item will be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days, we’ll cancel your order and refund you.

The delivery charge to Isle of Man and Guernsey is £19.99 and the minimum order required is £200.
