Oval Roaster with Glass Lid Berlinger Haus BH-1460 

A lovely oval roaster from Berlinger Haus, made of cast aluminum with a triple-layer marble coating, provides excellent thermal conductivity and allows the food to be cooked evenly on all sides. With the triple layer of the marble coating, the food won’t burn or stick and you can focus on more healthy cooking as you will be required to use less oil. Good size handles offer an easy grip and safe cooking.

This product is versatile and can be used as a pot or a roaster depending on the type of dish you wish to cook.  The induction bottom will provide you with the opportunity to start the dish on the hob before completing it in the oven. It is oven-safe up to 220°C.

The other unique advantage of this pan is that you can add suitable sauces to the dish while cooking, thanks to the built-in dispenser in the lid itself. This way, you don’t need to open the lid and let the moisture escape. All you have to do is add a teaspoon of rum, wine, beer, your favorite sauce, butter, or olive oil to the knob of the lid and the miracle tray/pan will season your food drop by drop.

Thanks to the non-stick marble coating, you can easily clean the tray and be ready for the next use. Following the care and cleaning instructions will ensure the longevity and durability of the product.

Care & Maintenance:

First Use: Start fresh by removing all stickers. Rinse and wash gently with mild detergent. Pat dry with a soft towel.
Post Cooking Care: Let it cool naturally. Avoid sudden temperature shocks.
Cleaning: Use gentle detergents and avoid metal scourers or utensils. Preserve the pristine quality by not using abrasive cleaners. The roasting pan is dishwasher-safe, however, we recommend hand washing for best results and to ensure the longevity and best performance of your cookware.
