Thanks to the innovative Aroma Knob handle, you can conveniently dispense additional oil, wine, or water, into the pan without opening the lid. The food will stay juicy and will not burn. There is a thermometer in the lid that allows you to control the temperature inside the vessel. The set includes an additional grid on which we can put the roast so that it does not touch the bottom of the pan. This creates a circulation of hot air around the whole dish. The grill can also be used for multi-layer baking of a two-component dish, such as meat and vegetables.

Maintenance instructions before its first use:

Start by removing all labels, carefully wash, and rinse the cookware with a mild detergent and water. Next, dry the cookware with a soft towel.

Cleaning instructions:

After cooking, leave the cookware to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the cookware.
Clean the product thoroughly after use to remove all stains that may become ground-in due to the heat during the next use of the product. Use mild detergent and a soft scourer. Do not use a metal scourer when washing or metal utensils for cooking to prevent damaging the non-stick coating. Do not use abrasive cleaning products.  The manufacturer recommends using low-temperature programs and non-corrosive cleaning agents when washing in the dishwasher.
