This cooking pot is suitable for all hob types including induction hobs. The turbo induction bottom allows the food to be cooked with less energy and still achieve the same great results. If using a gas stove, the burner should be adjusted so that the flames only reach the bottom of the pot and not its edge. The handle of the cookware is not heat resistant and therefore it is not suitable for oven use.

Avoid metal scourers and utensils, as they may damage the non-stick coating and the metallic finish.
