Maintenance instructions before its first use:

After removing all labels, carefully wash and rinse the cookware with a mild detergent and water. Next, dry the cookware with a soft towel. Treat the coating with a little vegetable oil and wipe off the excess. This procedure preserves the effectiveness of the non-stick coating.

How to Care for Your Springform 🧽:

After baking, allow the springform to cool down to room temperature. Avoid cooling down by pouring cold water into the bakeware.
Use mild detergent and a soft scourer for cleaning or a dish brush. Thoroughly clean the product after use to remove all stains that may become ground-in due to the heat during the next use.
Avoid using a metal scourer or metal utensils for cooking to prevent damage to the non-stick coating and the metallic color of the bakeware.
Do not use abrasive cleaning products. Gentle cleaning is recommended to preserve the excellent condition of the product; therefore, cleaning in the dishwasher should be avoided.

Delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland

Our standard rate is £5.50. If in rare cases and despite our best efforts a surcharge is required, we will inform you by email. You may then accept the new charge or cancel your order for a full refund. We offer free delivery for orders over £150.

If we cannot meet our normal delivery times of 3-8 business days because of stock shortages, we will inform you by e-mail. You may then accept the new delivery time or cancel your order for a full refund.

If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed and the item will be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days, we’ll cancel your order and refund you.

The delivery charge to Isle of Man and Guernsey is £19.99 and the minimum order required is £200.
