Tagine Cast Iron Berlinger Haus BH-1989 Moonlight Collection
Beautiful tagine cast iron from Berlinger Haus for an exotic and unique cooking experience. The special shape of the pot keeps the moisture in your meals. A dished base holds the ingredients and a fluted cone lid traps the steam from cooking food. How does it work? The steam collects in the cone of the lid, cools, and then drips back down onto the bubbling ingredients. This effect lends itself well to all sorts of meals – particularly couscous, stews, and tagines.
The tagine from Berlinger Haus combines this centuries-old Middle Eastern cooking method with innovative technology in modern kitchens. The cast-iron bottom can be used on all types of hobs including induction hobs.

Rinse with warm water and use a brush or scraper to remove stuck-on bits.
For really stuck-on food, scrub with salt and oil, rinse and wipe clean.
Dry the pan and coat it with a thin layer of oil.
Store the pot until its next use.
