Due to its special triple-layer construction, the cookware heats twice as fast as any other. At the same time, it ensures a fully balanced distribution of heat to the food. The unique non-stick coating not only prevents the food from sticking or burning but ensures that the cookware is scratch-proof and extremely durable. The wok is oven-proof and will allow you to complete the dish in the oven. For best performance use on low to medium heat.

All cookware from the Eternal collection is made of 18/10 stainless steel and the newest non-stick coating Whitford Eterna.

For best performance, use on medium heat (setting 1-5).

Do not heat the pan dry. Always oil the pan before using it.

Cleaning instructions:

This product is dishwasher safe. For best results, heat some water with a splash of dishwashing liquid. Bring to a boil and wash with a dish brush or sponge.

Bar Keepers Friend powder will work wonders in keeping your pan shiny.

Delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland

Our standard rate is £5.50. If in rare cases and despite our best efforts a surcharge is required, we will inform you by email. You may then accept the new charge or cancel your order for a full refund. We offer free delivery for orders over £150.

If we cannot meet our normal delivery times of 3-8 business days because of stock shortages, we will inform you by e-mail. You may then accept the new delivery time or cancel your order for a full refund.

If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed and the item will be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days, we’ll cancel your order and refund you.

The delivery charge to Isle of Man and Guernsey is £19.99 and the minimum order required is £200.
